Hayley Smith

Hayley Smith, Assoc CIPD has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning multiple roles and companies.

Hayley began their career at Shropshire Housing Group in 2012, where they served as a Human Resources Assistant for two years.

In 2014, they joined Stadco Limited and held various HR positions within the company. Hayley started as a Group HR Officer and then progressed to become a Senior HR Officer and Business Partner to Programme Management. Hayley later served as the HR Manager for the Telford Facility and the Group & Castle Bromwich. Hayley'smost recent role at Stadco was as the HR & EHS Manager, which they held until September 2021.

In 2021, Hayley joined Aston Martin F1 Team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Hayley then assumed the role of Head of HR Operations in January 2023. Overall, Hayley has proven experience and expertise in HR operations and business partnering.

Hayley Smith, Assoc CIPD, has a diverse education history in the field of Human Resources Management and Law. Hayley earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Leicester in 2020 and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Wolverhampton from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Level 5 Diploma in HRM from Telford College of Arts & Technology in 2014, and a Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice from the same institution in 2013. In 2011, Hayley completed a Level 3 HR Business Administration Apprenticeship at Shrewsbury College of Arts & Technology, and they attended Thomas Adams, Wem from 2006 to 2010.
