Phil Kildea

Phil Kildea is an accomplished professional in the field of software engineering and development operations, currently serving as Head of Development Operations at Aston Martin F1 Team since April 2021, after holding roles as Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to this, Phil worked with Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology from October 2013 to March 2021 as an Applications Development Technical Expert and Software Engineer, specializing in C# WPF software for timing, GPS, and telemetry systems. Phil's career began at Citi, where roles included Application Manager and Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst from July 2010 to October 2013. Educationally, Phil holds a Master of Computer Science degree from Queens University Belfast, earned between 2005 and 2010.
