Michael Straughan

Michael Straughan is Chief Operating Officer of Aston Martin Lagonda. He joined the business in December 2020.

Michael has over 30 years of automotive experience, holding senior positions in Volvo Cars, LDV, Jaguar Land Rover, before joining the board of Bentley Motors before becoming COO of luxury yacht manufacturer Sunseeker in 2017.

Michael has a proven track record of delivery, turnaround and restructuring, creating shareholder value.
