Louis Farrell

Louis Farrell has a strong background in football, with experience in coaching and recruitment. Louis worked as a Coach at Walsall Football Club Limited from September 2020 to December 2020. Louis then moved on to West Bromwich Albion Football Club, where they served as a Coach from December 2020 until October 2022. Currently, they hold the position of FP Strategic Recruitment Lead Scout at Aston Villa Football Club, starting in October 2022. Prior to their football career, Louis worked at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council as a Funded Project Delivery & Programme Co-ordinator from December 2016 to December 2019. In this role, they conducted assessments with service users, delivered nutrition group sessions, and organized employability skills workshops.

Louis Farrell has a BSc degree in Football Coaching & Performance from the University of Wolverhampton, which they are currently pursuing. Louis previously studied Level 4 Education and Training at Solihull College & University Centre from 2018 to 2019. In addition, they have obtained several certifications related to sports and football coaching, including FA Talent Identification Level 2, Sportscode Level 1, Goalkeeping Level 1, FA Level 2 Football Coaching, and Talent Identification Level 1.
