Sheetal Volety

Sheetal Volety is an experienced HR Recruiter at Astor & Sanders since April 2019, responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting of specialized IT professionals in a dynamic environment. In this role, Sheetal leads and mentors a team of three junior recruiters, collaborates with federal clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements, and creates comprehensive job postings for various platforms. Previously, Sheetal served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Skill Logic from April 2015 to April 2019, where responsibilities included identifying and hiring top technical candidates, partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, and managing the interview process.
