Valerie Legat is a seasoned executive with a strong focus on digital transformation and innovation. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Digital at Astorg since January 2024, Valerie drives digital initiatives for the firm and its portfolio companies. Prior experience includes Chief Digital Factory Officer at Carrefour, where Valerie successfully implemented a transformative digital operating model that enhanced efficiency and reduced time-to-market. Additionally, Valerie has contributed as a Global Digital Design, Analytics, and Insights Director at Carrefour Group and as an Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where strategic digital initiatives were developed for diverse clients. Valerie co-founded and led Business Lab for nearly two decades, fostering award-winning digital ecosystems across multiple sectors. Earlier career highlights include a role as Account Manager at Ogilvy Interactive, managing European accounts for IBM. Valerie holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from SKEMA Business School.
