Sergii Chygrai

Sergii Chygrai has extensive work experience in software quality assurance engineering. Sergii started their career in 2013 at COOPER Design as a QA Test Engineer and worked there until 2015. Sergii then joined Astound Commerce in 2015 as a Senior QA Engineer and held various positions, including Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Software Security Test Engineer. Sergii is currently working at Astound Commerce as a Senior Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

Sergii Chygrai completed their postgraduate education and earned a Ph.D in Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Hydropneumatic Automatics and Mechatronics Systems from the same university from 2006 to 2012. Sergii also holds additional certifications, including QA Automation Java from Hillel IT School and Security Testing Essentials: OWASP-TOP-10 from QAExperts Pro, both obtained in unspecified years. In 2016, they obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level certification from iSQI GmbH - International Software Quality Institute.
