Ricky Arnaz

Ricky Arnaz is an experienced professional in audit, risk management, and business process improvement, currently serving as an Advisor for Business Process Improvement & Change Management at PT Acset Indonusa Tbk since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ricky held multiple leadership positions at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, including Division Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management and Division Head of Inspectorate. Ricky's extensive background also includes significant roles at PT Astra International Tbk, where responsibilities spanned Group Audit & Risk Advisory and various leadership positions in audit and sales operations. Ricky contributed to e-Commerce project development as an Advisor at FIFGROUP during 2016-2017, marking participation in the Talent Exchange Program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management degree from the University of Indonesia obtained between 2018 and 2020.
