Blake Snider has worked in a variety of roles in the industrial and energy sectors since 1999. From 1999 to 2006, they held the role of President at Sensus, where they had full P&L responsibility for a $65M subsidiary of a $600M leading utility metering group. Blake then moved to Elster in 2006, where they served as Senior Vice President, Water Global and President, Elster AMCO Water, Inc. In 2008, they took on the role of Director Corporate Business Development at Rain Bird Corporation, where they developed the innovative concept of volumetric irrigation control. From 2010 to 2015, they served as President/CEO at Tranter, with P&L responsibility for a $250M leading global provider of energy efficient heat transfer products/services. From 2015 to 2017, they were President, Global Power Tools at Apex Tool Group, LLC, leading a $400M global industrial power tool business. Blake then moved to Riding Farther Advisors in 2017, taking on the roles of Principal and Interim CEO (Permian Lide Industries), providing executive leadership with full P&L responsibility for a private equity held $150M+ manufacturer of oil processing and storage equipment. Blake Snider currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Astra Canyon Group LLC.

Blake Snider received their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University in 1993. Blake then went on to The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. Lastly, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M University in 2001.
