Gidion Hasan

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1972, he has served as Director of the Company since April 2016. Currently, he also serves as, among others, President Commissioner of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk, PT Gaya Motor, PT Tjahja Sakti Motor, PT Inti Pantja Press Industri, PT Fuji Technica Indonesia, and PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia; Vice President Commissioner of PT United Tractors Tbk, PT Astra Daihatsu Motor and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia and Commissioner of PT Brahmayasa Bahtera, PT Menara Astra and PT Astra Sedaya Finance. He has joined the Astra Group since 1999 and previously served as President Director of PT United Tractors Tbk (2015-2019), President Commissioner of PT Pamapersada Nusantara (2016-2019) and PT Tuah Turangga Agung (2014-2019). Prior to joining the Astra Group, he is the Manager of Corporate Finance in the Salim Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Rogers State University, Oklahoma, United States of America.
