Tara M.

Tara M. is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in technology, research, and wellness advocacy. Currently involved in the Apple AWSEM Mentorship Program and serving as a Machine Learning Project Member at P-ai, Tara also holds the position of Commissioner of Wellness with the Associated Students of Pomona College. At Pomona College, ongoing roles include Teaching Assistant in the Computer Science Department and Staffer for the Women's Union. Tara's commitment to mental health is evident through volunteer work at Astra Laboratories, where contributions to the open-source design system Aureus have reached millions of users. Additionally, Tara has experience as a Digital Content Writer for the Claremont Journal of Law and Public Policy, a Summer Research Assistant at Carnegie India, and an artist and researcher in the Global Posthuman Network. Tara is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and English at Pomona College, following a high school education at Seoul Foreign School with an IB diploma.
