Shanthi Reddy began their work experience in 2010 as an Engineer at SDP. shanthi then moved on to Astra Microwave Products Ltd in 2011. At Astra, they initially held the position of Engineer from 2011 to 2014, and later was promoted to Senior Engineer, in a role that they still hold.
Shanthi Reddy completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Spring's High School, which they attended from 1990 to 2002. shanthi further pursued their education at St.stanley College of Engineering and Technology, where they obtained another BTech degree in the same field from 2004 to 2008.
