Delphine Eeckhout

Delphine Eeckhout has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Delphine is currently a Bestuurslid at VZW De Pilchards since April 2021. Previously, they held roles at Astra Sweets, starting as an NPD & BD Manager from October 2019 to May 2020 and later transitioning to become the Marketing & Business Development Director from May 2020 onwards. Delphine also has experience as an Owner of their consultancy firm, Jadoube, where they focus on launching and developing concepts in various fields. Prior to that, they worked at Mondelēz International as a Customer Team Lead, contributing to strategic sales and negotiation planning from April 2014 to October 2019. Delphine also worked at PepsiCo, where they served as a Change Manager, Commercial Lead, and Customer Team Manager, all involving responsibilities related to change management, stakeholder engagement, and sales growth. Delphine's early career includes roles at Max Mara Fashion Group as a Commercial Manager.

Delphine Eeckhout completed their Master's degree in International General Management from Vlerick Business School, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's degree from KU Leuven, specializing in Germanic Languages, which they pursued from 1996 to 2000.
