Blair Wentworth

Blair Wentworth is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Astra Tech since December 2022. Prior roles include Group Legal Counsel specializing in M&A and Finance, and a secondment as Legal Counsel at Gowling WLG, where Blair focused on Fintech, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency Law, Securities and Capital Markets, and Corporate Governance. Additional experience includes an Associate position at Gowling WLG, a Director role at the Calgary Buffaloes Hockey Association, and summer legal student positions at PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. and the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, where Blair worked as a Policy Analyst Intern. Blair holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, along with a Senate Diploma in Commerce from Queen's University.
