Brandon K. Sim

Brandon K. Sim is an experienced executive in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as President and CEO of Astrana Health since June 2019, where the focus is on enabling providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care through an integrated technology platform. Prior roles include Co-Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Technology Officer at various organizations, as well as a Software Engineer, the first hired by a company. In addition to their leadership at Astrana Health, Brandon K. Sim has served on the Board of Directors for Cardio Diagnostics Holdings Inc. as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, and previously for Clinigence Health until its merger with Nutex Health. Brandon K.
