Alan Sabirsh

Alan Sabirsh is a Principal Scientist at AstraZeneca in the Advanced Drug Delivery department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, specializing in nanoparticle design. With a robust background in drug discovery, microscopy, and image analysis, Alan has worked across various pathologies, including asthma, neurodegeneration, and diabetes. Alan has held several positions at AstraZeneca, advancing from Researcher to Associate Principal Scientist, before becoming a Principal Scientist. Previously, Alan completed a Ph.D. in Molecular Neurobiology at Lund University and contributed to significant research at institutions such as the Karolinska Institutet and Lund University.
