Carlo Budree is an experienced director specializing in commercial digital transformation and IT innovation within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Digital, IT & Innovation for Middle East Africa at AstraZeneca since July 2015. With a robust background in technology and e-innovation, Carlo has also held leadership positions such as Head of IT & Digital for the African Cluster and IT Business Partner for South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa at AstraZeneca. Prior to this, Carlo was the Head of Wellbeing Innovation & Technology at Healthi Choices and the IT Operations Manager at HealthInSite. Carlo's career began at Business Connexion and UCS Solutions, focusing on technical support and service delivery. Educational qualifications include a Manager Development qualification from Damelin and a Diploma in Information Technology from IIE Varsity College.
