Chantal Williams

Chantal Williams has extensive experience in talent scouting and executive search within the life sciences and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Global Talent Scout and Capability Lead for Global Operations, IT, and Enabling Functions at AstraZeneca since September 2017, Chantal leads an international team focused on identifying and developing top talent for critical roles. Prior to this role, Chantal held multiple positions at Futurestep, a Korn Ferry Company, including Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant in Executive Search for Life Sciences. Chantal's earlier experience includes working at RSA and Futurestep in various consulting and research roles, contributing to senior-level appointments across diverse functions. Chantal holds a BSc Hons degree in Business Studies from Birmingham City University.
