Hayley Germack

Hayley Germack, PhD MHS RN, is a seasoned professional in the field of real-world evidence and healthcare research. Currently serving as Director of Real-World Evidence at AstraZeneca, Germack has previously held key positions including Associate Director of Real World Value and Evidence at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson and Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh - School of Nursing. Additionally, Germack has contributed as a Fellow at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and as an Adjunct Scientist at Northeastern University Bouvé College of Health Sciences School of Nursing.
