Laura Beattie

Laura Beattie is the current Talent Director at AstraZeneca. Prior to this, they were the Learning Development Manager at easyJet from October 2015 to August 2018. Laura was responsible for leading a team of learning coordinators and overseeing the development and implementation of a learning strategy for easyJet. Additionally, they partnered with HRBPs to design and deliver training programs focused on developing organisational capabilities and increasing employee engagement.

Before their time at easyJet, Laura served as a Global Coaching and Development Partner at Imperial Brands PLC from October 2006 to September 2015. In this role, Laura was responsible for coaching leadership within talent pipelines and designing people change programmes with HRBPs to address performance needs. Laura is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and is committed to their work in talent development and coaching.

Their manager is Marc Howells, VP & Head of Global Talent & Development. They are on a team with Maggie Spong - Vice President Talent Acquisition, Rosanna Stissi - Head of Talent & Development and Employee Relations, and Linda Kirchner - Global Talent & Development Director, Oncology Business Unit.
