Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
