Sanne Bellemans

Sanne Bellemans has extensive experience in human resources leadership within the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. Currently serving as the VP HR for the Oncology Business at AstraZeneca since August 2017, Sanne leads HR initiatives for a $15 billion global business unit, focusing on organizational structure and leadership support. Prior to AstraZeneca, Sanne held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Business Partnering at RTI International from May 2009 to August 2017, collaborating with business leaders to shape people strategies across various units. Earlier roles include Head of HR for Research and Early Development at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from November 2000 to May 2009, where Sanne drove organizational change and talent development. Sanne's career began as an HR Business Partner at Telenet, and educational qualifications include master's degrees in Human Resources and Psychology from Ghent University.
