Xueting Wang

Xueting Wang is a dedicated scientist currently serving as a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca, where they focus on R&D of CAR-TREG therapies for non-oncology indications and biomarker discovery. Xueting earned a PhD in Immunology from The University of Freiburg, following a Master of Science in Biology from the same institution, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology. They have previous experience as a PhD student at Miltenyi Biotec, where their research concentrated on tumor escape mechanisms after CAR T cell treatment, and as a research intern at the University of Helsinki. Xueting was also a member of Freiburg iGEM 2017, contributing to cell culture experiments and generating stable human cell lines for cancer research.
