Zhuo Yang

Zhuo Yang is a Senior Scientist in the Biologics Engineering department at AstraZeneca, where they focus on antibody-based immunotherapy. Currently, Zhuo works on bridging glycobiology and cancer biology to develop novel therapeutics, utilizing antibody engineering tools such as yeast display. Zhuo began their academic journey at Jilin University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, followed by a Master's degree from ShanghaiTech University, and subsequently obtained a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Scripps Research. Prior to their current role, Zhuo worked as a graduate student at Scripps Research from 2018 to 2023.
