Rajneesh Chaganla

Rajneesh Chaganla has extensive work experience in the technology and IT industry. Rajneesh is currently the VP - Next Gen Engineering at Astreya, where they lead a large division of technology architects and engineers responsible for delivering high-class IT solutions to clients. Their areas of focus include Data Engineering, AI/ML, Data science, MDM, Hyper Automation, Infosec, and Privacy domains.

Prior to Astreya, Rajneesh worked at Costco Wholesale as a Principal Solutions Architect, where they played a key role in defining strategies, roadmaps, architecture decisions, and solution architectures. Rajneesh also contributed to multiple IT modernization initiatives and was a member of the team responsible for defining Costco Global SAP - Roadmap and Solution architecture.

Before Costco Wholesale, Rajneesh served as a Senior Solutions Architect at Infosys. In this role, they provided architecture and design solutions for various projects, including an iPad App Architecture for Boeing and Master Data Management for Hyundai Capital America. Rajneesh also worked on architecture and design projects for Boeing and Toyota Financial Services, focusing on J2EE Enterprise and Application Solutions and Enterprise and Consumer Mobility Solutions.

Rajneesh's earlier experience includes working as a Systems Designer/Developer at Compuware Corporation, where they worked on various applications as a Tech Lead for major automobile clients. Rajneesh was responsible for application design, legacy modernization and integration, database design, system analysis, UML design specifications, code reviews, and mentoring.

Rajneesh started their career as a Senior Java Developer at Indo-Am Inc, where they designed, developed, and implemented a three-tiered J2EE Intranet Application for a manufacturing client using BEA WebLogic Application Server and Oracle 7 DB.

Rajneesh Chaganla obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Rajneesh also completed their High School education at The Hyderabad Public School Ramanthapur - HPS (R). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including IASA Solution Architect, IASA Foundation Certification, Sun Certified Enterprise Architect, Sun Certified Web Component Developer, and Sun Certified Java Programmer from various institutions.
