Kaitlin Mariani

Kaitlin Mariani is a Senior Human Resource Specialist at Astrion, providing essential customer service and HR support to military, government civilians, and contractor employees for various programs and leadership initiatives since July 2023. Previously, Kaitlin served at Raytheon from November 2005 to December 2022, where roles included International Human Resources, Senior HR Specialist, and Security Services Specialist. In the International Human Resources role, Kaitlin acted as a subject matter expert and liaison for US-based employees deployed internationally, managing complex deployment-related issues. As a Senior HR Specialist, responsibilities included data analysis, metrics compilation, report creation, vendor collaboration, and process streamlining. Kaitlin began this professional journey after earning a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
