Sherazaad Kramer

Sherazaad Kramer is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in recruitment and problem-solving. Sherazaad has held various roles at Ford Motor Company from May 2019 to February 2025, including Senior Specialist as a Human Resource Business Partner for both the National Sales Company and Manufacturing, as well as a Human Resource Generalist. Previously, Sherazaad gained experience as an HR and Admin Intern at RIVER BIOSCIENCE from May 2019 to February 2020. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations, both obtained from Nelson Mandela University.
