Dr. Grace Lee Danker

Dr. Grace Lee Danker currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Group Chief Operating Officer at Astro since August 2023, while also holding the position of Independent Board Member at Tune Protect Group since April 2022 and Industry Advisory Board member at HELP University. Previously, Dr. Danker was the Chief Financial Officer at AEON Group Malaysia from October 2021 until August 2023, and held various roles at Astro Malaysia from 2011 to 2021, culminating in the positions of CEO of Astro Go Shop and Senior Vice President, Group Financial Controller & Chief Risk Officer. Dr. Danker has extensive experience in risk management, financial strategy, and governance, highlighted by a decade at MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems and Astro All Asia Networks plc. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Business/Commerce from ELM Graduate School and multiple certifications in finance and governance.
