Paul Martin

Paul Martin is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in senior finance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Blatchford since October 2021, Paul previously held the CFO position at Immunodiagnostic Systems (IDS) from January 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities expanded to include IT, Legal, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality Control. Prior to IDS, Paul was CFO for the Power Division of Volex, overseeing significant turnaround efforts and leading financial operations across Asia. Other notable roles include VP Finance at Acision, where Paul restructured the finance function, and Group Financial Controller at Spinvox, leading a turnaround of the finance function. Paul began his career as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, specializing in audits for major PLC clients in the TMT and Oil and Gas sectors. Paul holds an ACA in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW and a 1st Class MSci in Physics and Maths from the University of St Andrews.
