Raudzah Hashim is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in strategic-level hiring. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition at Astro since April 2018, Raudzah specializes in filling critical roles for the business. Prior to this, Raudzah worked at AirAsia from September 2014 to April 2018 as a Group Talent Acquisition Executive, overseeing strategic recruitment across the group, and as a Recruiter handling end-to-end recruitment for revenue-generating portfolios and regional vacancies in markets such as Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Raudzah's career began at Mit-Perinsima Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd as a Broking Executive, followed by positions as a Marketing Executive at MiTV Networks Sdn Bhd, an Assistant Manager at Citi, and a Regional Consultant at HRnet One, which included headhunting responsibilities. Raudzah holds a Master's degree in Integrated Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Management from Northwood University, along with a Diploma in Business from INTI.
