Tricia Lim

Tricia Lim is an experienced leader in the fields of organizational development, employee experience, and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of People & Workplace at Astro since March 2023. Prior to this role, Tricia held various senior positions at Maxis, including Head of Organisational Development, Culture and Employee Experience, and Head of Rewards, from June 2014 to February 2023. Tricia also worked at Ericsson as the Head of Total Rewards for Southeast Asia & Oceania from August 2011 to May 2014, and at DiGi Telecommunications as Head of Rewards from November 2005 to July 2011. Tricia began their career as a Consultant at Hewitt Associates, now Aon Hewitt, from May 2000 to October 2005.
