David Raibeck

David Raibeck has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. David began their career as an Aircraft Mechanic at Tube-N-Fabric, Inc in 2011 and later worked as an Airframe & Powerplant Specialist at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Virgin Galactic as a Rocket Systems Crew Chief, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they also co-owned and operated EDGE Media Aviation, a company specializing in high-quality aerial photo and video production. In 2018, David joined The Spaceship Company as a Rocket Test Supervisor and later as a Propulsion Engineer until 2020. David then worked as a Propulsion Test Engineer II at Stratolaunch from 2020 until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Test Engineer at Astrobotic since 2023. In addition to their professional work, David was also the owner of Fueled Interactive, LLC from 2020.

David Raibeck earned an Associate's degree in FAA A&P (Aviation Maintenance Science) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to this, they attended Schuylkill Technology Center from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a certification in Machine Trades Technology as a Certified Machinist. In addition to their educational background, David also holds a Commercial Driver License from the Department of Motor Vehicles, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
