Eduardo Lugo has a diverse work experience in the field of satellite communications systems. Eduardo began their career in 2000 as a Digital Television Analyst at TV Azteca, where they coordinated the installation and configuration of equipment for digital TV encoding and satellite transmission. Eduardo then moved on to Newtec America in 2001, where they worked as a Development and Support Engineer, focusing on the development, support, and technical troubleshooting of satellite communication equipment. Eddie stayed with Newtec America until 2015 before joining SES Americom in 2006, where they worked as a Principal Member Engineer for over a decade. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Astrobotic as the Lead RF Engineer, utilizing their expertise in radio frequency engineering.
Eduardo Lugo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional. Eduardo then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Instituto Politécnico Nacional - CITEDI, which lasted from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Eduardo has also obtained the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification from Cisco in September 2019.
