Federico Belloni

Federico Belloni is a co-founder and CTO of ASTROCAST, a company established in January 2015 that specializes in low-cost SatIoT communications through innovative space-based infrastructure. Prior experience includes serving as a systems engineer for the Cheops satellite at Swiss Space Center EPFL from October 2011 to December 2014 and conducting RF analysis for Swisscube at EPFL in July 2010. Additionally, Belloni performed a feasibility study for a small communication board for micro and nano satellites during an internship at EPFL in 2009. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Electronics from EPFL (2006-2011), an HES Engineer degree in Telecommunication from HEIG-VD (2003-2007), and a CFC in Audio and Video electronics from SAMT (1999-2003).
