Posma Prima Napitupulu

Posma Prima Napitupulu has a diverse background spanning various roles in human resources and people development. Starting in 2013, Napitupulu joined PT Astra Otoparts Tbk as a Recruitment Officer. Later, they became a Culture Management Officer (HR Management Trainee) and then a Training and Development Officer at PT Astra International Tbk, where they were responsible for analyzing, developing, conducting, and evaluating leadership development programs. Napitupulu also played a role in projects such as the New Employee Orientation Program and Astra's annual Innovation Competition. In 2015, Napitupulu served as an HR Officer at Jardine Schindler Group. After that, they joined PT Visionet Internasional (OVO) as a Learning and Organizational Development Partner, leading a team responsible for managing learning and development, performance management, and organization development. In 2019, Napitupulu became a Talent Management and Organizational Development Senior Manager at Commonwealth Bank. Currently, Napitupulu holds the position of Head of Human Resources at ASTRO and has recently been promoted to Associate Vice President of People.

Posma Prima Napitupulu holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
