Jeff Schloemer has a broad and extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Jeff started as a Real-Time Software Engineer Intern at Boeing in 2008 before progressing to roles at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, where they held positions such as Senior Test Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, and Chief Engineer of Change Management and Planning. Jeff then moved to Lockheed Martin in 2020, where they served as SV CONOPS Lead. Currently, Jeff is a Senior Director of Engineering at Astroscale, where they lead and develops an engineering team to design, build, test, and operate on-orbit service missions.
Jeff Schloemer completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at the University of Michigan in 2009, followed by a Master of Science (MS) in the same field in 2009. Jeff later pursued several online courses at Harvard Business School Online, including a Certificate of Specialization in Business Strategy in 2022, Disruptive Strategy in 2019, CORe: Credential of Readiness in 2015, and Strategy Execution in 2022.
