Olivia Armstrong has a wealth of experience in project management, executive assistance, and event coordination. Olivia began their career in 2009 as an intern at New Story Leadership for the Middle East. In 2011, they became a Unit Director (Village Leader) at YMCA Camp Colman. In 2012, they were a Co-Chair for the International Affairs Symposium and a Research Assistant at Lewis & Clark College. In 2013, they were the Co-Chair for the Conflict, Security and Development Conference. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Staff Assistant & State Intern Coordinator and Constituent Services Intern at U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell, as well as an Executive Assistant to Edward Jung at Intellectual Ventures. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Project Manager and Executive Assistant to Edward Jung at Xinova. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, they were a Technical Project Manager at Taphandles, where they managed up to 14 projects at once and collaborated with the SVP of Engineering, the VP of Operations, and the CEO to develop and manage new processes. Olivia is currently a Program Manager at AstrumU®.

Olivia Armstrong's education history includes a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington (2017-2018), a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Conflict, Security, and Development from King's College London (2013-2014), a B.A. in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College (2011-2013), and a Bachelor's in International Relations and Affairs from American University (2009-2011).
