Sture Marrot

Sture Marrot is currently the Group HR Director/Partner at Astrup Fearnley since 2019. Prior to this role, Sture held various positions at Fearnley Securities AS from 2000 to 2019, including HR Manager/Partner and Senior Equity Sales/Partner. Sture also has experience in equity sales and trading at Fondspartner ASA from 1996 to 2000 and in shipbroking at Torvald Klaveness from 1993 to 1996. Sture holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, completed in 1993, and an Executive Master of Management in Human Resource Management, completed in 2019.
