Chris Collins

Chris Collins has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Chris is currently working as a Territory Sales Manager at Aviation Specialties Unlimited since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Representative at ATP from January 2022 to May 2023.

Chris also has experience as an Operations Manager at Mountain Consulting, Inc. from October 2020 to October 2021, where they supervised daily operations and managed a team of 30 employees.

Chris has previous experience in the aviation industry as well. Chris worked at Summit Aviation from August 2019 to August 2020, where they served as a Program Manager, overseeing various projects and managing budgets and timelines. Chris also held multiple roles at Summit Aviation, including Business Development Management Specialist from December 2017 to August 2019, Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator/Project Manager from August 2013 to November 2017, and Tactical Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Avionics Lead from January 2010 to August 2013.

Their earlier experience includes working as an Avionics Technician at PATS Aircraft, LLC from 2006 to 2009, where they were responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of Avionics Systems. Chris also gained experience in the United States Air Force as a Communications/Navigation Systems specialist from March 2000 to June 2005.

Chris Collins completed their Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Wilmington University, with an end year in 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained the FAA Airframe License from the Federal Aviation Administration in July 2009, and the General Radiotelephone Operator License (PG) from the Federal Communications Commission in April 2009.
