The President serves as the Chief Executive Officer of and the official representative of ASUCD. They are responsible for coordinating functions of the Executive Office and oversee the appointment of a number of offices including ASUCD Unit Directos and the ASUCD Controller. The President has the sole authority to make treaties, memorandums of understanding, or other legally binding contracts on behalf of the ASUCD, subject only to ratification by a 2/3 majority approval of the Senate.
