Masaaki Hamada

Masaaki Hamada serves as the Managing Director of Asuene APAC Pte Ltd since February 2023, focusing on carbon accounting, decarbonization, and sustainability efforts in the APAC region. Prior to this role, Masaaki held the position of Director & Country Manager for Singapore, overseeing the company's profit and loss and market entry. Masaaki is also the Secretary General of the Keio Alumni Association in Singapore and has experience in the tech industry, having led agency sales for Meta and Facebook in Japan. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Stayand Inc. and holding various roles in Google and LIXIL, where responsibilities spanned sales management, product planning, and cross-border M&A. Academic credentials include an MBA from Esade and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Keio University.
