Kara Hughes

Kara Hughes has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Kara currently works at ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group, where they hold the position of Content Production Lead, responsible for leading content production efforts. Prior to this role, they worked as a Producer at the same company.

Before joining ASUG, Kara gained experience at Nantucket Yacht Club as an Event Coordinator, where they were in charge of planning and executing meetings, parties, weddings, and other events. Kara also worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at the same company, assisting with client meetings, event set-up, and communication with clients.

Kara's early work experience includes managing staff and overseeing operations as a Store Manager at Sparty's Convenience and Coffee House. Kara also had a summer internship at Nantucket Yacht Club, where they served at events and gained exposure to event planning and pub management. Kara started their career as a Trainer at Sparty's Convenience Store and Coffee House.

Kara Hughes attended Michigan State University from 2011 to 2015. Kara obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business during their time at the university.
