Kelly Dowling

Kelly Dowling has a range of work experience in content strategy, education, and operations coordination. Kelly started their career as an Education Coordinator at ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group in 2016 and later became the Manager of Education. In 2019, they transitioned to become the Manager of Enterprise Content and then Senior Manager of Enterprise Content in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Content Strategy. Prior to their time at ASUG, Kelly worked as an Operations Coordinator at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2015 and as an Enrollment Coordinator at Southwestern Michigan College from 2013 to 2015.
