Naveed Sheriff

Naveed Sheriff has over a decade of experience in the technology and support sectors, currently serving as an Incident & Problem Manager at Asurion since August 2013, where a progression of roles includes Team Lead for the Asurion Technology Operations Center, Incident Control, Operations Engineer II, Operations Engineer, Premier Support Workforce Analyst, Premier Support Technical Lead, and Premier Support Tech Coach. Prior to Asurion, Naveed worked as a Technical Support Consultant at Sutherland Global Services from October 2011 to April 2013 and gained initial experience as a Student Aide at Monroe Community College between February 2007 and October 2011. Naveed holds an Associate in Science degree in Information Technology from Monroe Community College, completed in 2011.
