Nicholas George, PCC, is a seasoned leadership and development professional with extensive experience in coaching and organizational growth. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership & Development Business Partner at Asurion since January 2020, Nicholas has held multiple senior management roles focused on leadership development, coaching, and sales enablement training. In addition, Nicholas is the Executive Director and Coach for The Hero's Movement, where responsibilities include managing operations and facilitating personal development discussions. Previously, Nicholas led as a Professional Certified Coach at Cynosure Leadership, focusing on fostering personal and professional development. A distinguished career in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1998 to 2020 includes roles as Chief Petty Officer and Leadership Development Coach, emphasizing executive leadership training and operational management across various units. Nicholas holds certification from iPEC Coaching, acquired in 2015.
