Edward Kramer

Edward Kramer has an extensive career in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at ICE Mortgage Technology since January 2021. In addition, Edward serves as a Senior Advisor at Asurity, providing innovative regulatory management solutions. Edward has held the position of Independent Director at Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS) since April 2011, and was a Member of the Senior Advisory Board at Treliant from 2016 to 2020. Previously, Edward was the Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services from 2006 to 2015 and served as the Deputy Superintendent of Banks at the New York State Banking Department from 2000 to 2006, overseeing consumer compliance and fair lending. Edward began the career at The Dime Savings Bank of New York as First Senior Vice President and Director of Residential Mortgage Lending between 1982 and 1992. Edward holds an MBA in Management from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus.
