Katey Mcburney

Katey McBurney is the Director of Client Success & Engagement for RiskExec at Asurity.

Katey has expertise in client experience, building and fostering strong relationships with her customers, collecting feedback, and addressing any questions or concerns that her clients may have. Katey is the former Associate Director of Customer Success at WeddingWire, the nation’s leading wedding technology company. There she helped build their customer experience program.

Katey’s primary duty is to be the main point of contact to clients that have purchased licenses for Asurity's RiskExec product. RiskExec is a browser-based SaaS compliance analysis and reporting solution that automates HMDA, CRA, and fair lending processes. Katey’s duties include owning the entire client lifecycle, from pre-sale support to implementation and through the client’s lifespan with the product.
