Adeel Humayun

Adeel Humayun is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Country Human Resources Manager at Rentokil Initial since December 2022, Adeel is responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing employee relations, and overseeing recruitment processes. Prior to this role, Adeel worked at Transsion from September 2019 to December 2022, progressing through various HR positions including Assistant Manager and Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing a team of HRBPs and developing HR policies to enhance employee productivity. Adeel's career began with a Human Resources internship at Tecno Mobile Pakistan in 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the Punjab.
