Eric Cetnarski

Eric Cetnarski, MBA has more than 25 years experience in operations leadership, project management, business process improvement, and strategy. He has worked as partner manager for Oracle Essbase and implemented a pioneering mobile data collection platform for The Nielsen Company.

Before joining ASW, Eric led a successful ‘turn-around’ initiative for a west coast university. His leadership and operations skills helped stabilize business processes, identify revenue/savings opportunities, and establish a working culture with high retention and productivity rates.

Eric is also a small business owner and teaches leadership development, change management, and organizational resiliency.
