Henry Cheng

Henry Cheng is an experienced consultant at ASW Global Consulting since March 2023, with a robust background in logistics and operations management. Previously, Henry served as Logistics Manager at Plexxus, overseeing in-house logistics at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center, and as Manager of Operations at Next Plumbing and Hydronics Supply, where leadership and coaching were provided to over 50 team members. Notable accomplishments include the design and relocation of a 100,000 sqft facility and extensive process improvements at Acklands-Grainger, where Henry held roles as Senior Manager of Operations. Additional experience includes positions with Hudson's Bay Company and IBM, where operational efficiencies and vendor relations were effectively managed. Henry holds a degree in Environmental Science from Carleton University.
